1. Future kitten litters typically cannot be reserved. Signal Maine Coons does keep a "Wait List". If you would like to be placed on the wait list for future litters contact us at Signalmainecoons@gmail.com. We will send out notifications at the time kittens are born. At that point, kittens are first come first reserve. The wait list does not reserve a kitten.

 

2. To reserve a kitten, we require a $100 refundable deposit. This deposit can be returned in the event the adoption is cancelled due to any reason. This deposit can be paid for in various forms but we prefer paypal or venmo.

 

3. Kittens will be spade/neutered, receive all their shots based on Tennessee state requirements, and will have vet check ups through the first 3 months.

 

4. Adopter will be required to review and sign the sales contract which has specific requirements that need to be reviewed. Sales contract here:       Sample Contract

 

5. At approximately 3 months, the kittens will be ready to go to their forever home and can be picked up or shipped via courier.

 

6. Payment is due on or before pickup or on or before courier pickup (if shipping).

 

7. Courier fees and coordination is the responsibility of the adopter. Signal Maine Coons does have trusted couriers if the adopter would like that info.
